Alberta Wild Fire

Recommended Posts

being 5 hours south of FT McMurray this is the second morning of smoke for us due to a wind change. Its been very dry due to the lack of snow in northern Alberta. In the early stages of that wild fire they were forecasting mid 90's with 30 mph winds gusting to 55 mph for that area. Around that fire it probably would have been a lot more intense. The First Responders managed to save 80-90% of the city, MY HATS OFF TO THEM! Oh yah they probably knew about super water bomber but there was reasons they did not use it. good video .
