Shaun_300
Wow! Probably the same system that's headed for us early next week. We need rain BAD! My lawn looks like it does in August after a hot dry summer.

Ravin R10 man
Since March 1, Houston has received 24.84 inches of rain. The normal amount is 11.64. Here are the rain totals for southeast Texas for the last 7 days. . The northern suburbs of Houston have had 5-10 inches. Areas from south of College Station to east of The Woodlands have had 15-20 inches. For the last 30 days..... . There is a large over 20 inches area northwest of Houston with portions of the Houston area in the 10-20 inch range. Last 60 days........ . New color table with this map. Up to 20-35 inches in and around Houston with over 35 inches west of The Woodlands. Last 90 days....... . A large area of 35 to 50 inches of rain showing up. This is why some rivers are at record levels and there is more rain in the forecast. The WPC 5 day rain outlook has several more inches of rain this week. . One year ago this week, portions of central Texas were in a moderate drought
Dawg
It's not good in the south central, southeast part of the state. Too many deaths due to folks not using their head. One of my warehouses flooded last Friday, luckily we were able to get the HVAC equipment off the floor and onto pallets ahead of time. There's a few million dollars worth in that warehouse. The water rose to about 3" in the front quarter of the warehouse before it receded. Several inches fell in one hour. Lots of water moved through. I'm ready for a dry spell for a little while. wtnhunt
Been crazy there. News keeps showing clips of livestock trying to find high ground. Heard about the soldiers losing their lives, had not heard that there were several more. Hope the waters go down soon. Been some flooding issues here but nothing like Texas is dealing with.
