Turkeygirl
Just wondering if anything is in the works for Realtree? Seems Realtree has kind of stalled after RT Xtra. Mossy Oak has come out with the Country and now a Mountains pattern. What do the rest of you think? I'd sure like to see something new from RT. wtnhunt
Dunno Ruth. AP is about as versatile for this area imo as it is probably ever gonna get. Have had deer walk within feet of me while i was standing on the ground in the open a few feet from a tree. About the only thing i could see a need for might be more region specific late season, when leaves are off, with more contrasting browns/greys. Scent lok had some good concepts with some of their vertigo stuff. Jm2c but some of the new patterns are really redundant and some are not as useful or good as older. Advantage timber was another great pattern that imo is still very versatile for this area, but good luck finding anything in it.
Ravin R10 man
Not sure what they could improve on, wasn't that long ago they updated patterns, WELL before Mossy Joke did
Turkeygirl
wtn, I liked advantage timber also!! I still have flannel long sleeve button down shirt in that pattern, always forget about it. AP and Xtra to me seem very similar.
dbHunterNY
since mossy oaks dark blob of a pattern with original "break-up" they've got better. other brands are more general purpose tactical camo like which is still ok. realtree still is loaded with great patterns that work. expanding and replacing older patterns might be the route they go. the newer patterns are pretty good and hard to improve I'd imagine. dbHunterNY
I think it'll start coming down to brands being the official brand of or partnering with various conservation based organizations that'll sway sales.
