fly
Yet again I'm trying something new. I am sold on a cut on contact tip after using the 1 inch diameter Steelforce Phat heads. The problem has always been a marginal blood trail. I don't want a cut on contact tip larger than 1 inch like the Magnus stinger because I'm not as accurate. This year I'm going with Bloodsport's cut on contact Gravedigger hybrid broadhead. It has a 1 inch cut on contact tip and 1 3/4 mechanical blades that apparently are "no fail" to open once inside the target animal. We will see... Anyone else trying something new? Shaun_300
Not sure if I will change or not. Currently using Muzzy MX-3. I know I need some new arrows, and I should get my bow re-strung. I should get on that soon, the way time is flying these days October 1st will be here before we know it lol.
Ravin R10 man
Frank, G.Diggers look good on the shows I've seen them used on. as for me, I'm,sticking with heads I have had great results with; Wasp & Muzzy for fixed Rage Extreme chisel for Mech. abrown
I was looking at the SlickTricks, but will probably stay with the Wasp BOSS.
MUDRUNNER
I'm a Slick Trick guy. I switched to them about 4 or 5 years ago, and haven't been disappointed yet. Really like the design and 4 blades.
dbHunterNY
Still using the Rage Titanium 2-blades they don't make anymore. titanium ferrule, 2+" cut blades, and a wrap around cut-on-contact tip. I've had one rip through a whole doe before in the front shoulder and out the hind quarter. still can't believe it happened. just doesn't make sense. my supply only goes down from losing arrows into and through deer. using lighted knocks might help find the arrow. I've still got regular Rage 2 blade heads to use when I run out. for my traditional setup I've got 100gr Magnus Stringers screwed into massive brass inserts with weights behind them. Adjam5
I'll be using 100gr NAP Spitfires with my Matthews and 165gr Magnus Stingers with the recurve.
Strut10
Steelforce Premium 100's........................again. If it ain't broke, I don't fix it. Been using these for quite a few years and cannot get over the accuracy at any speed (these are fixed blade, cut on contact) and the penetration. Plus they are USA made right here in my home state. archerjg
Staying with the Magnus Stingers and have Muzzy 3 blades as a backup. Archerjg
ODH
Been using muzzys for a very long time now. Might try those G5 expendables this year though. Can't remember the name of them
Rhino
No plans to change here. Give us a report on the new Bloodsport broadheads when you whack something with them.
Turkeygirl
Probably switching to either Muzzy or Slick Trick, leaning towards Slick Trick. Have shot NAP Thunderheads prior, no issues but have heard nothing but good with Slick Tricks
elkoholic
Exodus by QAD. I prefer the full blade version over the swept wing design for added strength on elk. Designed and made in the USA.
Born4it
Tried the T3s for the first time a couple of years ago and haven't had a reason to switch. Seem to fly nicely, and T-Bone ain't kiddin when he talks about the red carpet treatment!

RangerClay
I love my Slick Trick mags. I have no plans to change.
TheHawkeyeState
NAP Killzones for me. Blood trails have been good and exit/entrance wounds huge. This doesn't show the exit/entrance wounds but you can see the large amount of blood on the ground. SouthGaHuntingandOutdoors
I've got my Grim Reapers for this season. Once the season is over I'm switching to Dirt Nap Gear's DRT broadheads. I'm also switching to black eagle arrows. gc25
There is some really comprehensive info on broadheads here... https://n1outdoors.com/broadheads/ This guy has apparently done a lot of in-depth testing.
Shaun_300
I usually shoot Muzzy MX-3, first and only archery deer I shot ran 15 yards before piling up. Bought some MX-4 yesterday to change it up.

I used them years ago though and they worked great. missed a buck low and one went into a dead blown down tree. unscrewed the arrow from the stuck head, gently kicked it loose. spun fine, so i put it back on the arrow and then shot a doe and a red fox with it. i did swap out the blades after hitting the blow down though. Stinger-Hunter
I bought new broad heads this year but had one muzzy left. That muzzy performed flawlessly and now I really don’t know if I want to use the others.
