Ravin R10 man
Got a small Cheap cart at Fleet Farm to tote my Miller EFI Gen/ Welder around; put on outriggers on rear, and cord holders for the welder leads. Was afraid it may tip when I have to pull it over to plug into throw box; Hitch is on the front end Edited October 3, 2016 by Mathews XT Man
wtnhunt
That would be handy. Could probably pull it around with a 4 wheeler.

Can actually pull it by hand; Yup Gator or Ranger...then back it up to disconnect throw switch start up and throw lever to Gen power, we got elect. back in house. After this years wind storm in July, I said thats enough talking about getting one. Dont take long with sump pump down to get basement flooded, never had that happen and dont intend to. MUDRUNNER
That should work nicely! What size generator does it have? I have an old 4kw Coleman that never gets used lol. It's enough to run the fridge, freezer, sump pump, and a TV. I've thought about getting rid of it, but as soon as I do I know the power will go out and we'll need it. The sump pump not running is a fear of mine since I finished the basement. I need to rig a backup system up in case of an emergency.
Tominator
I'd like to learn how to weld someday.
wtnhunt
I'd like to learn how to weld someday. Not that tough Chris. A wire fed mig makes things a bit simpler, considered one here but just can't justify it. No more than i have to do my old lincoln stick welder works, but would be nice to have something mobile. Catrina's step father has a similar Miller bobcat generator/welder, think it is rated 8000 running watts.
