wtnhunt
Seen the new, should be faster and smoother. One downside is losing photo post. Hopefully the transition goes well.

RangerClay
One downside is losing photo postl. This will be a big loss for me. Most of my time on this site is done on my free time at work and photobucket is blocked here. PhotoPost was my best way to post pictures this forum. Most of my time on this site is done on my free time at work and photobucket is blocked here. PhotoPost was my best way to post pictures this forum. If i am not mistaken the new will allow direct uploads to posts, maybe the new will work right. The change is away from vbulletin and so the photo post and photos connected to vbulletin will be gone. wtnhunt
Just tested an upload on the beta site Joe and it went very smooth and also pretty quick, seems a little more simplified as well. Think this time will be a change for the better especially with getting away from the current platform.
drkillemquick
I just hope that with site problems resolved this place will rebound. I know over the years I have found this place frustrating to use. Always seemed like something ticking me off.

Adjam5
Oh I hope the bugs are gotten rid of. This site went down hill really quick. Still a few hard core folks around. Hope the new fix fixes it. Current site not posting the pics or letting me access the pics I wish to reclaim Edited October 6, 2016 by Adjam5

RedLynn
And both items were turned into lost and found within 2 days of being lost. If you've already left the park for good. Keep calling back every couple of days. It might just turn up. We've also had items mailed to us from Disneyland after we were already home. Great customer service from them

Ultradog
The forum statistics kind of tell the story. There are 18,000 registered members and 92 active members. As far as the dramatic drop in people coming here I'm sure the lousy software had a lot to do with it. But the focus of these boards got to be a little too focused on monster bucks. I'm not knocking anyone for their passion for big bucks but the place isn't one where your average hunter feels he fits in all that well. Lot of guys wouldn't miss deer hunting for anything but their focus isn't the same. For them a fork or 6 point is still a trophy. Just some random thoughts here. Dunno either but evidently Corey called Disney telling them he was a "Hugh Jass" looking for his lost luggage and disney lost and found couldn't help him. Seriously this forum is really pretty good in that regard Jerry. Some other forums members get away with slamming others for deer they take where here you get members congratulating you. As many deer as i am allowed to kill each year and as many opportunities as i get i usually only kill one, that is my choice.
Ravin R10 man
Heck, I shoot average bucks...nobody ever said anything to me? I'm a meat hunter first, but if there was a monster buck around, I'd not hesitate to kill him. over the years I got several decent bucks to hang on the wall. Wish I could have any of the 3 I goofed up on. 1 I plain missed with 30-30 well over 160" 2nd one I let my Nephew sit for; His gun jammed, he was a 200 inch (got gut shot, not seen again) 3rd I shot a "look alike" buck thinking he was the one, He showed up on cam after I left 160" Edited October 15, 2016 by Mathews XT Man
