Guest deldeer Posted March 17, 2005 Report Share Posted March 17, 2005 i was wondering , we all share a common love of the outdoors, wether it be hunting or fishing, but what do you do when you have to get back to work, i work as a foreman for a local water utility company, so im outside day & nite hot or cold....what does everyone else do for a living????? Police Officer.....1/2 of my patrol zone is residential and commercial areas which provide the "traditional" calls for service,,,, the other 1/2 is large tracts of farmland and even larger tracts of state owned cooperative hunting lands. I get to work very closely with the D.E.C. Police Officers all year enforcing the fish and game laws, enforcing nuisance permits issued to local farmers, investigating poaching complaints, and peforming routine checks on hunters and fisherman during the seasons.
