I'm glad to be back but it has been a wild ride since the last time I posted.  I have been commissioned by the Hunting Heritage Trust to participate in a rather large and limited project.  Seems 2016 was the 100 year anniversary of the beginning of the effort to return the American Bison from the brink of extinction.  So, in honor of that endeavor and it's continued success the Hunting Heritage Trust in cooperation with Henry Rifles and Ross Tyser Custom Knives are offering a limited number of special Henry Rifles in 45/70 caliber and a Ross Tyser Bowie coupled with an original print of "Dusty Plains Bison" and an original print of "On The Brink".  All 4 pieces in each set to be serial numbered the same.  The sets are limited to only 1091 sets total, the 1091 number is significant in that when the census was taken of the total number of American Bison in existence 100 years it was only 1091 total.  The receivers of each rifle are being hand engraved by Barron's of London on each side with part of the artwork from each of the featured prints.  The blade of the Bowie is laser engraved with the artwork from the "On The Brink".  Yes, I am personally hand forging and making and engraving each of the 1091 Bowie for the project.

I will be glad to post picks of the rifle and the Bowie when I get to my other computer.  Also, if anyone is interested I have been authorized by the Trust to offer special pricing to friends and family who wish to purchase the whole set. $2,200.00 for the whole set - the Henry rifle, Bowie, and both pieces of artwork all serial numbered the same.
