wtnhunt
That is a real shame. Would hope the Idaho wildlife folks would make necessary changes to the regs to help keep from wiping out the herd. Been seeing a LOT of black vultures here the past 3 or 4 weeks, unfortunately they are taking a toll on babies and from what I have read will even kill a momma doe during the birthing. Tennessee recently adopted and passed legislation stating they will not enforce federal laws regarding the killing of black vultures. Had about 50 crowding around a momma cow and a new calf a couple weeks ago. Been pretty poor fawn crops here the past couple years, still in a liberal antlerless zone though.
