Shaun_300
Finally found a shotgun I've been looking for for a long time! The geese on the farm here seem to be usually just a hair out of range. So this beast should take care of that problem. Got me a Remington SP-10 10 gauge! Should be here by the end of next week. Strut10
Get some HTL shotshells for that dude and the geese won't be safe ANYWHERE !!!!!!!!
MUDRUNNER
Awesome! That sucker ought to get the job done.
Shaun_300
I feel stupid, but what is HTL Don? Is that a type of shot? Looks like I will have to get a reloader if I go through a lot of ammo. 10ga shells up here are minimum $35/box!

Ultradog
Very cool shotgun Shuan. How old is it? Do they still make them? And thanks Matt XT. I didn't know what htl was either.
Shaun_300
I know they made them up until a year or two ago but I no longer see them on the Remington website. They were last going for around $1600 new if I recall correctly. I got this for $950 CDN. I believe it's a 1994 model if the website is correct that I researched the serial number. Very low round count by the look of it, there's hardly a mark on the thing. Will post some more pics when I get it! I believe the only one that still makes shotguns chambered in 10ga is Browning, with the BPS pumps and Gold semi-autos.
Shaun_300
Got the gun last week in the mail. Fired two shots out of it as soon as I took it out of the box! What a cannon! LOL. Love the thing, recoil is very tolerable. Can't wait for goose season to open, opens a week from tomorrow! Couldn't find any HTL loads you were mentioning Don, I picked up two boxes of Federal Hi-Shok BBB, think they're 1 1/2oz loads.

It actually does a great job. No worse than a 12ga, you just have some more range with it. Love the gun! Should have got one years ago.
