qhsdrk
I am looking for a jacket designed for archery hunters, not too bulky, arms are a little more snug to avoid the string etc. Can you help me out?
wtnhunt
Welcome to the forums. Cabelas used to run a line of "super slam" jackets and parka's that had stretch panels in the shoulder, not sure if they still have that line available but am sure they have other lines geared towards bowhunting. Rhino
I use several jackets bowhunting depending on the weather conditions. I don't concern myself with snug arms...just comfort for the conditions to deal with. I use a stretch type arm guard to make sure my string doesn't catch my jacket arm. Found that to be the best for me.
qhsdrk
Thanks Rhino, I appreciate the advice and the more I think about it the more I like the idea of just putting a stretch arm guard on, saves money to spend on more fun things like sights and releases etc! russelon
For a camo jacket, I recommend Sitka Stratus. Its sleeves are really form fitting.
russelon
I like wearing my Scentlok Velocity Full-Season since it is comfy and not bulky.
RangerClay
I won't buy a coat on-line because I cannot try it on. The last coat I bought for bow hunting was at (believe it or not) Walmart. The jacket had every feature I wanted.
