Ryan8877
The last month we had a lot of rain here in Texas and of course it brings out a lot of mosquitoes. Just seeing what would you suggest to use while hunting in tree stand to keep the mosquitoes away would you suggest repellent or what? wtnhunt
Welcome to the forums. Thermacell works only fair here in west Tennessee, huge mosquito problem here in these old river bottoms they are relentless. Was a post not too long back in the deer room where someone suggested using permethrin on your clothes.

stevebeilgard
A peppermint cream works well for us fishing in Alaska, but I don't know how well the mint smell will work in the woods. I think the deer may be keene to any unusual smell. Then again, mint is a natural thing so maybe animals will be fine with a mint in the air.
