Will89 Posted October 11, 2019 Report Share Posted October 11, 2019 Just got my hands on an AR-10 and would like to attach a scope to it. The problem is there are so many damn scopes out there, haha! So I started doing a bit of search, came across this forum and here I am asking for some suggestions What scope would you recommend for the AR-10 that is quality and has great glass. My budget is somewhere around the $500 range. Also, what would you recommend for close range shooting and long range shots (1,000 yards+)? Nikon has supposedly discontinued their production of rifle scopes. May be some good deals to be had. I just ordered a monarch 3 3-12x42sf bdc for that aero 308. Under $400 with tax. Previously, I was using 30-06 rifle and the utg 3-12x44 The matter of wonder is I didn't have to spend dollars for a new scope for my AR-15. The existing scope has matched well with it.
