tedicast
Re: powerbelt bullets My brother and I both were shooting PowerBelts in our Encores. I am shooting 295 grain Hollow points. They are extremely accurate from my gun. My bro had better luck with the 348 grains PB's. His gun definately prefered the heavier bullet. Good Luck. Don't be afraid to try a different weight Power Belt, or a different bullet all together if the PB's aren't as accurate as you like. Every gun has its own favorite load. AJ
Re: powerbelt bullets I tried the 245 gr Aerotip PB in a pair of Knight Disc Elites with pellets and loose and I was not impressed with them. They were averaging 4" groups in these guns.

HarvDog
Re: powerbelt bullets I killed my first two deer with 295gr hollow-point Powerbelts and have been pleased with them. I still plan on trying some other bullets though.

robk
Re: powerbelt bullets i shoot the 245 grain grain 50 cal aerotips and they group like not other but i am thinking of trying out the shockwaves again this year now that i have learned my guns quirks and i think what i want to shoot will work great. i am wanting to go witht he 200 grain shockwaves with a 100 grains of 777 the powerbelts shot a 1inch group at 100 yards consistantly for me. i think hte shockwaves will shoot a tighter group rob k
RangerClay
Re: powerbelt bullets I have been shooting .348's hollowpoints out of my T/C Renegade with 80 grains of Pyrodex for three years and I love them. They pattern great and I plan to use them for years to come. I have read here that the smaller PB's don't pass through as well as the bigger PB's. too_pointer
Re: powerbelt bullets Not much help with the 45. cal. I do think alot of powerbelts though.
