MUSHROOMS

WE GOT BACK IN THE WOODS THIS WEEK. GUY I work with, showed me all the edible mushrooms we were seeing.  (Chanterelle),"take some home clean 'em up and fry 'em", he says. So we picked a bunch, and  I added some Garlic salt, Rosemary , basil, and Thyme.  and a touch of lemon pepper.  Man O Man, I topped a chicken patty with them and some fresh lettuce and tomato out of the garden.
