Ravin R10 man
Sunday, Feb. 26, 2023 JAMES S. reported Incoming: increasing numbers Time: Mid-morning Weather: Sunny Temp: 31-40 degrees Wind: Calm from North Comments: Thousands of snow geese are here along the Missouri River on the NE/SD border. We have 100% snow pack but the first large wave of snow geese have arrived. The Missouri River is open below Gavins Point Dam for many miles so there are sandbars for roosting. Finding food likely will be an issue due to snow cover. But some corn stalks are poking through the snow so get ready!
