Shaun_300
hey guys, wanted to see if you had any scope recomendations for my rifle. its a Browning BLR .300 WSM. i will be mainly using it for deer hunting, but i might start moose hunting as well in the next year or two. i am leaning towards the Burris Fullfield II 3-9x40. any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help.

tedicast
Re: Scope for my BLR? I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend either the Nikon ProStaff, or the Bushnell Elite 3200, in the power you want.
JimT
Re: Scope for my BLR? I have a FFII also...Been very happy with it. It would make you a nice scope for sure. Plus you would be getting the spotting scope or binoculars for free if you buy it from here.
iron buck
Re: Scope for my BLR? I'd use my favorite hunting scope...........The Leupold VAriX III 2.5 -8x.

Shaun_300
Re: Scope for my BLR? thanks for the advice guys! all i want is a good scope, thats not TOO expencive, probably 300 bucks (canadian ) max. i am defiently leaning to the Burris. i'd like a Leupold, but their pretty pricy! Jim- i saw that deal, that sounds like a bargin to me! i think i'll go with the 3-9x version, i'd get a 4-12x, but since i do so much close range hunting as well as in the field, i think i'll stick with the 3-9. i have a 3-9x on the .300 Win Mag, and in the field i usually dont crank the scope up past 5 or 6, past that its way too shaky, especially with a deer in the crosshairs! thanks again for the advice
