Covehnter
Anyone ever tanned a deer hide yourself? Was wondering what were some steps i needed to take? If someone could throw me a hint as to where to start i'd appreciate it! Thanks.

mainebuck
Re: Tanning a Hide check van dykes online of wasco and look for something called Liqua Tan. I've used this stuff for years and the instructions on the bottle make it very easy to tan a hide. The most important thing is the fleshing. You gotta get it clean if you want the tan to be nice.
