Pinwheel5
I missed a very nice 8 point with my Muzzleloader yesterday evening. Worst part was it was at 40 yards. I have no idea how I missed but my brother was kind enough to remind me that the gun had issues last year. I remember that but I thought that when we put a new scope on it it fixed it but he said it didn't. Oh well, good thing was that I was on a neighbors property so hopefully he will spend more time on my place. I should have taken my bow!!!!! horst
Re: AAAUUUGGHHH! Happens to everyone, I remember a couple years ago a guy I was ML hunting with missed a doe that ran past us at about 20 yrds, I killed her since it was the last day. That night he made an unreal 180 yrd shot on a doe in a foodplot with about 3 minutes of season left, dad was with him and said she dropped in her tracks

Bow Hunter Derek
Re: AAAUUUGGHHH! Been there, done that. Last year, I smoked a doe at 115 yards with my muzzleloader, then a couple nights later missed one at 40 yards. I hung the muzzleloader up and went back to the bow. At least you missed clean. The only thing worse than missing one is wounding one.
