i lost my garmin 12 this week shed hunting on a buddy lock system. i 've been looking at these rhino's and would like the two functions on one device. any thoughts on these would be appreciated. thanks!

I personally dont know anybody that has them. But I own a Garmin Vista, and a few radio's. The Vista works great. The radio side of it would be nice.

I think the coolest feature is the fact you can send your GPS location to your members of your hunting party. Then you can get the help you need to drag out that monster buck you just shot! But I am not sure which model can do this! Probably the 120 only. Then again, this will only work if every person in your group will have them! Good luck, let us know how they work if you buy one!

thanks for the replies guys. looks like i'll have to try and get the 120. my brother is thinking of getting one too. does anyone use the rechargeable batteries in their gps/radio. i would think they would work pretty good? any thoughts?

I just use reg batteries.And they will last 10-12 hrs.Rechargable will save you in the long run though.You'll see what i mean if your brother gets one too.Every time you key the radio it sends your postion to the other radios.travel dist,travel time,speed ect....
