Re: Rifle/Shotgun Combination

There are a few on the market now. Savage has the 24F. I have a .222 over 20 ga from the early 1970's. Its a nice gun.

Charles Daly offers a couple versions of combo guns.

Remington is marketing the Baikal line of guns and they offer a combination gun.

You can check a few places on line like:

Auctin Arms

Horn----I've got a Savage 222/20 guage. IMO--I would look into something else. Trigger is really bad. The 222 will shoot rite on for a couple of rounds. Then after the barrel warms----it's all over the board. You have to use see-thru mounts if you want to use the shotgun. It's only real purpose I think is a fall turkey gun. Trigger is too course for a prairie dog gun--- CB

Not sure what you want it for------bolt action 222 or 223 makes for a better prairie dog gun. As for turkeys use an 870.
