Well guys, I am back to the states after a successful outing looking for sheds with Sureshot! Let me tell you there is some beautiful country in Southern Sask and Sureshot shared some great spots with me!

This guy is a class act and a die hard shed hunter! We logged around 16 miles up and down the hills and coulees in search of sheds, and he was ready to do more! I am still sore today! Let me tell you, there is a reason this guy finds sheds! He covers some serious ground! I am trying to post some pics in the shed forum! Thanks Sureshot for a great outing and I will definetly keep in touch! Let me know if you are ever coming down this way, I owe you a good time buddy!

Guys if you are heading N. of the border look up ol' sureshot you'll have a good time!

Glad you had a good time, I was wondering how you were making out this weekend. It sure was slushy around here (Saskatoon).

I've gotta tell you a true story. About twenty years ago my brother worked with a fellow from Moose Jaw. The fellow went back down to Moose Jaw to visit relatives over Easter and when he returned my brother asked him "So, how was The Jaw?"

The fellow replied, "Oh, the mother-in-law's great!"

Re: Sureshot tried to kill me!

I have a few pics posted in the shed hunting forum! Ol' Moosejaw was good: Not nearly enough time up there, but did get to spend time with the "future inlaws" and got to head out on the shed hunt! Even had the future brother in law with on day 2! It was an awesome hunt! I will be writing an article on shed hunting Saskatchewan and will be sure to post a link to it here! Man, My legs still hurt! But check out the pics and you will see it was all worth it! smile.gif

I needed some fluid replacements as well! Young Josh: Did indeed have some sore feet (it felt good to walk circles around him) When I got back on Sat. I went out to meet the g/f's friends: We were out until after 1:00 a.m. when I got back, Josh was asleep on the floor...we tried to wake him but the ol' hockey player was a whipped pup! Good times indeed! I am sure he is suffering today! :-)

Re: Sureshot tried to kill me!

I agree: It is silly gov. It is no different then when trying to cross into Canada: They ask if I have any citrus fruit, or potatoes: Potatoes, come on...I guess they are worried aobut the dirt...explaiin that: I see no reason for Canadian beef not to be imported so I am with you 100% I don't think it has anything to do with cattle/the importation of sheds:
