PAhardwoods
I just heard on the radio that new stations in Italy have reported that the pope has passed but they were waiting for an offical word. it's truly a sad day not just in the catholic church but around the world the pope was a amazing man and tried to help all. He will be greatly missed God Bless He is not suffering anymore and is in Gods hands † Cody
Gator
Re: Pope John Paul II PA, from all I have seen, looks as if someone has jumped the gun. I had seen an alert on CNN saying he had passed, but now that alert is gone.

Shaun_300
Re: Pope John Paul II i have been watching CNN all afternoon. everyone is saying that there isn't much hope for his health turning around. they also say that the survival rate of whatever condition he has is only 20-30% for people in GOOD health conditions. so it doesn't look good folks.... archerjg
Re: Pope John Paul II I saw the same thing earlier. At the rate his health is deteriorating it doesn't look good. He has been one of the most influential people in the world for a long time it is a shame to see him go. Archerjg
Tominator
Re: Pope John Paul II My wife told me he received last rights yesterday, so I'm afraid the end is near. Who gives last rights to the Pope?
