Chrud
Re: bows The best thing to do is go to a proshop and shoot it. You can just look at a bow and get an idea of it. I had my heart set on a RazorTec, but when I went to the shop for the first time, even though I didn't shoot anything, I changed my mind to the XTEC. I would say that you should go to a proshop first and see what they offer. They'll help you out. If you are just a beginner, or a youth, I wouldn't spend a lot, because chances are that you'll out-grow the bow within a year or two. I bought my first bow in 2002. By this spring, I had already out-grown it. Just something to think about. I know I wouldn't want to get a $1000 rig just to use it for a couple years and out-grow it.
