Re: Update - Minutemen in Action

What I find the most interesting is that the same people who complain about 1.) Poor Americans drawing welfare and 2.) Mexicans coming across the border to make a better life and 3.) Complain about their tax dollars being used for the redistribution of wealth have no problem with 1.) Redistributing our wealth in destroying and then rebuilding a country (Iraq) 2.) Sending money to aid Tsunami victims, but, when the U.S. was called to task about the little money they initially sent that paled in comparison to other countries, you guys cried about that.

I just can't figure out how people on here can have such utter disregard for fellow Americans. There are some that are lazy, I will give you that, but I bet 99% of you have no idea what situations people have been in their lives that put them hungry and on the streets. Thank God for Social Workers who look past the situation and into the person and try to help them.

[ QUOTE ]

The Slob American can work, but won't.

Our Welfare System is enabling the Slob to sit in front of the t.v. and watch Opra, while drawing assistance.

The Slob can work; there is nothing physically wrong with the Slob.

We make sure the Slob's family gets fed, and has clothing to wear, schools to attend, and food in their bellies.

We even provide them with phone service because somewhere down the line, a phone was declared a necessity.

[/ QUOTE ]

A little off the subject but democrats want to give them even more encouragement to sit on their tails, and they do receive other benefits you have not mentioned too from certain state funded programs.

This is a serious problem this country needs to face and deal with now. As far as illegals taking these jobs that those slobs will not, the slobs should not be living off of us. Make them no longer be able to live off the system for extended periods of time like Clinton claimed he was going to do. That might change the ambitions of those slobs and those jobs noone wants should get filled before the illegals ever get a chance.

It really is sad and also sickening that we hear there are no jobs, and there are all these people living off the government(us) while an illegal can come in this country and find a job and even support their family.

Sorry – but it’s my money and I reserve the right to ****, moan and complain when I think it’s being spent wrong.

What I can’t figure out is, if these “poor Americans” that have fallen on hard times and can’t get up need soooooooooo much help, you would figure that anyone coming to America with NOTHING in their pockets would have absolutely no chance of making it in America but they do. They go to work, the make money, they buy cars and homes, why can’t these “poor Americans” you refer to do the same **** thing? One reason and one reason alone – the hand-out crowd will remain the hand-out crowd until there are no more hand-outs.

What you’re not seeing here is that we really don’t care if these people come over here, I think it’s great that they’re trying make a better living for themselves and their families. We just want them to do it LEGALLY! Become a citizen, pay your fair share of taxes and support this country as a citizen does. I welcome each and every one of them with open arms but to the one’s that do it illegally and put an enormous strain on our infrastructures I support the deportation, I support cutting them off at the border and if that means blood has to be shed to protect America from a foreign invasion then so be it.
