sasksheds Posted April 8, 2005 Report Share Posted April 8, 2005 Mrs.Sasksheds & I went out to 1 of our WT hot spots yesterday.I know we were late checking it but I had checked the pasture early & sacrificed it to look elsewhere for muley sheds.Someone had already driven it with a quad & I bet numerous people had walked it.But with the nice weather we didnt really care.Some of you may remember my story last year about getting stuck in the field & my farmer friend having to pull me out.After that I found a nice fresh 6 point wt shed.I looked all season for the other side with no luck.Well yesterday I found it!!! It only has 5 points but def the match.Right beside the fence.I swear I must have been standing on this antler under the snow last year & this spring.2 years ago I found a shed from this deer & while looking for the match to the 1 I found Mrs.Sasksheds found the match to it!so we have 2 match sets from this deer!Both left sides we found fresh & he is very good @ hiding the right side so it seems because it takes us an extra year to find them.Enough babbling heres the pics.
