New development in the turkey contest.

Well all I can say is make sure you register your first turkey you harvest. Even if it's a little one. I will provide a consolation prize for the lowest scoring turkey registered for the contest. So there's hope for all of us. wink.gif

More info on what the prize will be later. Carry on... laugh.gif

SCtrophyHunter...I believe borch is refering to the turkey contest we have here every year. If your in the contest, you'll have to follow the rules on how to enter the bird. I'm guessing since this is your first post...your not in the contest! frown.gif

Congrats on your bird...and make sure to get in next year! wink.gif

Yes lil....you must enter your first bird. I think borch is just letting folks know that even a little bird can win something (just didn't word it right tongue.gif).

ok, the way he worded his post, it kinda confused me.(which isn't all that hard to do)

Re: New development in the turkey contest.

Yes you need to enter the first bird you shoot in the contest. What I was getting at is I know last year some didn't bother entering a bird they shot becuase it didn't score well. So what I'm saying is enter it even if you feel it might not help your team out much.

Although I do remember a certain bearded hen entered last year. Didn't score well but I bet she tasted good. laugh.gif
