6sixpoint_nobrows
it could be your set up thats slowing the axis arrows down. i have a wisker biscut and it slows my bow down so much, i took mine off and gave it to my little brother. Guest antlers21
Re: axis speed I so not think that they are any faster I heard people say that they penetrate better because of the small diameter. I will stay with my GTs.
6sixpoint_nobrows
Re: axis speed yeah i heard the same thing. they may not always be faster but arnt they supposed to have the strength of a carbon arrow and the like the penetrating power of an aluminum, well i hope everything works out for ya. goodluck
AJ
Re: axis speed Speed out of the bow is determined by the bow and the arrow weight. One brand of arrow will not shoot any faster out of the bow than another that is of the same weight. Where the benefit of the smaller diameter comes into play is downrange. The thinner shaft is more aerodynamic than the fatter shaft. How much flatter will it shoot? Slightly, but not a huge amount.
