Which Bow?

My wife was into competitive archery when I met her but has given up on it in the last few years. Her younger sister has her old bow now(since it was realy her Dad's) but I want to try and get her back into archery. She doesn't hunt and doesn't like guns so archery is the only shooting sport we had in common. She gave up the sport for several reasons...

1) She cant draw much weight (no more than 30#) so her old design bows didn't preform as well as they should have, because they were not intended to be set that low and still provide reasonable arrow speed.

2) She had a bear of a time tuning her last bow and it always got out of tune just sitting in a closet.(her father has since fixed it but he runs the tournaments at Cub Run archery club in Reston VA so has a bit more experince in such things)

3) We shoot compounds with sights but fingers not release, so there is rarely any women in her category..she felt realy stupid shooting a lame(to her) score and still getting a trophy.

So here is what I am looking for...Her birthday is in October and I want to find a bow that will shoot reliably at lower poundage with enough arrow speed to compete in 3D tournaments. It needs to be easy to tune and keep tuned. and finaly(probobly the hardest part) It needs to be affordable enough that I can buy it...I may ask her father for some help there...not sure yet....

What brand/model bow, sight etc do you all think fits that concept?
