Re: College troubles

Were the test questions from the book, or from what the professor taught in class? I have one professor who makes lots of reading assignments, but all the test questions come directly from what he teaches in class. I don't bother doing the readings now, and make sure that I take very good notes and study them. Sometimes you just need to get a feel for the teacher and his/her testing methods so you are better prepared for the next one! And of course the suggestion to talk with your professor is a good one, maybe you could get him/her to do a review class before the next test so you know what to study and expect!

Re: College troubles

If everyone else did well, theres not much chance for a curve or retest. I've only got 3 courses left till I've finished my bachelors, and in my experience it would be wise to ask anyone else in the class you know how they went about studying. As a senior I'm finally realizing that if I simply forget about the issue for a bit (possibly by going hunting and sayin' screw classwork grin.gif) the semester will be over before I know it. I count on that phenomena these days! Hope that helps...
