Guest BeerSlayer1
Re: Hunting for pheasent and duck We always used to get some ducks when we were pheasant hunting. We'd jump mallards from our pheasant creek as we pushed the rose bushes and scrub brush along the banks. Seemed that the ducks liked to hang out at the bends in the creek. waterfowler_gal
Re: Hunting for pheasent and duck I have a yearly fall ritual from opener to closing weekend in Minnesota. Every weekend Sat and Sun. I hunt from about 4:30am get out to the blind-waterfowl hunt my ars off and then we go back up to the farm and pheasant hunt either the late morning or early afternoon and if time permitting we will go back out to the duck blind depending on how we did that morning. Wouldn't trade it for anything! My #1 passion is waterfowl hunting! Is it October yet? lol
