bigfoot22
The local pro shop has this light that hooks on your bow with velco and emitts a blue light. It's not a sight light. One guy told me he has one on his bow to light up his trail in low light conditions without spooking deer.Anyone heard, seen or uses one?I thought about buying one but I don't know. Thanks for the feedback. JimT
Re: Bow light If it is a Tru-Glow one I used to have one. It was way to bright to light up pins, and would make a good light probably. I am pretty sure deer can see the blue, but not the red lense.
Guest kracey
Re: Bow light Trophy Ridge makes a good sight if you just want to have your sight pins lit up. They have little glow sticks that go in your site and they work really well.
Born4it
Re: Bow light The light part is correct. Deer can't see colored lights (especially green I think) as well as traditional white lights. My best friend has just a little green flashlight that's extremely bright for the area it covers, and it was made for the woods because deer can't see it as well. I'm not sure about the idea of putting one on your bow though...never thought of it. Good luck, Ryan
