I'm a nice person and try to get along with everybudy plus I work for my fathers company so I try to set an example. BUT our sorry excuse for a service manager is the biggest POS i've ever met in my life he's a whinny lil puke hes one of those people whenever he talks i wanna punch him sorry he complains about everything then he trys to whisper when hes in the office so i dont hear him.....AHHH sorry i'm done venting Cody Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Luckily I'm my own boss inside the classroom, and I've been lucky to have good principals in all the year's I've been teaching. He is self centered, never wrong, and will literally make up information to look smarter and be right about something. Its aweful. Ive been doing this full time for 9+ years. Delt with everyone in the country... etc. These two guys bought this company and he's been at it for a year and a half and he pretty much lets on like im an idiot. I have trained pretty much all the new people that have come to my dept. the last nine or ten years. It has been a challenge to say the least. These days I'm my own boss but I still have to deal with some of them in other companies to get things done on my own projects. They are everywhere. There's this one idiot on my shift (which consists of only 10 people, including myself) that I absolutely can't stand. His name is Joe..... but we call him Stinky, The Professor, Bill Nye the Science Guy....... you name it. The kid talks like the guy from the Clear Eyes commercials - you know, the one with the monotone voice? Yeah, him. The kid takes a bath ONCE a week and that day is on Friday. Well..... he works Monday through Thursday, so if he takes a shower on Friday, then he's pretty odor-licious again when Monday rolls around. THEN, if that's not bad enough, he will interrupt you while you're in the middle of telling a story to correct your english. I've flew off the handle a few times and said some not so nice things to him that are far from being appropriate to say on this site, so I'll leave it at that. OH, to beat it all, I work at a facility where contamination is a huge issue. You're not allowed to wear perfume or anything that has a smell to it or you'll be sent home. Well, my thought is - you can come to work and smell nice and get sent home for it, BUT you can get away with coming to work with greasy hair and smell like B.O. and everything is cool? They are federal workers (as I am), but the difference I believe is my upbringing and prior military service. I still take pride in what I do and I want to learn more. My supervisors however want to keep me chained to the people that have been in the department for 20+ years and no nothing. I hate everyday of work, it's actually depressing. There are select few that I get along with on both sides but the rest, lets just say I don't play well with others. Oh well, its a paycheck and I can retire in only 16 more years. But we still work in a proffesional manner. Out of work, they better pray the don't run into me after a few brews. HOWEVER....I am trying to become a more understanding person, and getting along with these guys is one thing I am trying to accomplish.
