I'm thinking hoyt or pse. I have a 4 year old bow (pse) and figured it might be time to upgrade. Frank
RyanH
Re: 2005 Bows (looking to buy) I would Highly recommend the New Mathews line. I got the new Switchback and Im in Love. Bowtech came out witha NEW hot bow aswell. Its the Bowtech Alliegance. Its a sweet shooter from what Ihear. Hoytr always make a great product. Some say that V-tec is shootin pretty hot. I would just head to the local pro shop take a look at what they got. Shoot them all and let the bow pick you. Good Luck

AdvantageTimberLou
Re: 2005 Bows (looking to buy) look at what you can afford to spend, remember most bows come bare and you have to spend more dollars on accesories that can easily add another $100 to $200.00 to the bow price. There are alot of good priced bows out there right now, go to a pro shop that is somewhat unbiased and see what best fits you and your wallet. One thing to do is read the company's websites and get all the literature you can so when you compare bows you will already know something about them and what pros and cons they may have. Have fun in selecting a bow and please post what you got on here. Lou
Guest tunkhannockbowhunter
Re: 2005 Bows (looking to buy) there a re plenty of good bows to choose from. but if youre looking to get a new high end bow i'd wait til the new matthews touchdown comes out. i've read about it and it looks like it really going to be breaking new ground. it wont be out til the end of 2005 though. ive been thinking about getting a matthews but waiting for it to come out before making the switch to a matthews
