The_Kat
I have a Yamaha 250 grizzly 4-Wheeler for sale. Engine has been rebuilt, and is in terrific shape. Alls this thing needs is to have the seat re-done, and a new set of brakes. Other than that, this thing is good as gold. It would make an excellent ranch runner. Is small enough to haul in the bed of a truck. Has brand new set of dirt devil tires ( 200$ set ). I will consider all reasonable offers. The_Kat
Re: ATV for Sale ( Updated ) 2 x 4...but it won't get stuck, or it hasn't yet. I wish I could send you some pics of the mean tires on this thing. Its not a speed blazer either, it only runs about 60 MPH top speed. The_Kat
Re: ATV for Sale ( Updated ) Well jeramie, the only thing this 4-wheeler needs is to have the seat re canvased. It's still usuable now, but the padding is rough and I just use a towel on it for now. Oh and this is a major factor for some, but the brakes don't work! You can get em fixed, but I just jake break it. You can ask gator about it's condition. My friend sold both of his for 1200 each, but I am only looking for around 900$ or as close as I can get to that. It's no power house like I said though, it's more of a ranch runner. It makes for a good deer hunting four wheeler as it can squeeze into tight spots better than most of the newer larger 4-wheelers. It's not the best 4-wheeler, but it isn't the worst for sure, and your not gonna find one that is in the good of condition besides the brakes and seat for under 1000$ Specs: 1993-1994 Yamaha Timberwolf 250 Dirt Devil Mud tires like new ( 200$ a set ) 5-speed manual shift Black in Color
huntinsonovagun
Re: ATV for Sale ( Updated ) Hey....what is "jake-braking".....I see signs on the highways that say "no jake-braking" but I always wondered what that is. Sorry for stupid questions.
Jeramie
Re: ATV for Sale ( Updated ) Jake breaking on a semi is a little different. They have a pedal that puts a load on the motor, thus slowing down the truck without actually touching the breaks. When a semi gets close to town and gets LOUD with a Waaaaaaaaaa, thats the Jake break. What kyle is probably referring to is downshifting... The_Kat
Re: ATV for Sale ( Updated ) Afraid not, I don't have a digital camera. Like I said it is a bit eye sore with the seat the way it is, but with that fixed, it would look almost new considering it's age. I'll see if I can roundup a digital camera to snap a photo of it. Give me a week or so.
