Re: HOWS THIS FOR HUNTING

I feel your pain. I have a couple hunting spots by golf courses. If it's not guys hitting balls into the woods near you it's the ball picker upper driving around picking up the miscellaneous balls. The deer behavior really ties into this. In the evenings when the picker upper is going around the deer wait til it's a ways away or gone to really get on the move toward the food.

Re: HOWS THIS FOR HUNTING

lol, welcome to the forums bud. I had a situation just as frustrating one day happen to me on a private farm I hunt. Sitting in my stand for the evening hunt when all of the sudden 20 kids come barreling down over the hill unmder my stand. Apparently some of the neighbor kids decided they were going to play paint ball in the woodlot I was in. I yelled to let them know I was there and one of them was smart enough to ask "Are you hunting?". I was going to pull a Bill Engval and say "No, I lost my car and decided this will do", but instead I just told them I was hunting, but not anymore lol. Welcome once again!

Re: HOWS THIS FOR HUNTING

I hunted with MaineBuck last month at one of his spots by a golf course. Good spot for sure.....But the things about the golfers is true for sure. They sure can be annoying. However, we were on there turf and I will let them slide..... smirk.gif
