KSBOWHUNTER
I'M GOING DOWN TO OKLAHOMA FOR A HOG HUNT IN 2 WEEKS (FIRST TIME) AND I WAS WONDERING WHAT FIXED BLADE BROADHEADS YA'LL WOULD RECOMEND. I'VE BEEN SHOOTING SPITFIRE 100gr. BUT I'M NOT SURE HOW THEY WOULD WORK ON THESE CRITTERS. MY BOW IS A HOYT MAGNATEC 29" DRAW, SET SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 60 & 65lb. ARROWS ARE BEEMAN ICS 500, 26 1/2". THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.
Chrud
Re: BROADHEAD HELP Look at the Muzzy line. 3-blades or 4-blades, they will do the job.

dogdoc
Re: BROADHEAD HELP Having shot more than a few Okie hogs i would say your spitfires will do just fine--but if you are wanting to go to a fixed blade I agree with Chrud the Muzzys will do an excellent job for you and the 100 grain heads are fine---just shoot them a few times and make sure they fly ok and to make sure you don't need to adjust your sites a bit for the fixed blades. If you bow is tuned will you shouldn't have to change a thing. good luck on you oklahoma hog hunt! todd
