hutchies
Anyone ever used it? It says that water disipates the color red faster than any other color. It is supposed to not even show up in the water. The striper guides around here have began to use it for their leaders. I picked some up in 12 LB test because they were totally sold out of 14 LB. I guess this stuff is selling like hotcakes.
total disaster
Re: Cajun red fishing line???????? I had a reel filled with 8 lb test and took it off and just use it for leaders now... I find its stif for line but works real good for leaders and it seems to be tough line around rocks ....just my 2 cents

hutchies
Re: Cajun red fishing line???????? So far I am not pleased with it at all. The stuff is already getting the rolled effect in it and it keeps twisting up right in front of the reel. So bad infact that you can't cast. Elwood
Re: Cajun red fishing line???????? I have tried it but always go back to Big Game 20 pound test. It is not very expensive (2600 yards cost less than $30.00) but is still very tough. I refill 8 reels (Calcutta 250's) atleast twice a month or more(before each tournament). I do not use spinning reels so I do not have to worry about the memory or twist in the line. I used to stick with P-line, good tough stuff but I got tired of their price.
