Doc
Re: Ever kill 2 deer with same arrow and broadhead But a more interesting question would be has anyone ever killed 2 deer with the same SHOT? Now that would bve a bit difficult to explain to the game warden, wouldn't it? Doc
Missed160
Re: Ever kill 2 deer with same arrow and broadhead I have one arrow that has been through 3 does. Different broadheads. Hopefully next week I can whack a Turkey with it..
longislandhunter
Re: Ever kill 2 deer with same arrow and broadhead I've taken quite a few deer with the same arrow. I usually install new blades on the broadheads after harvesting a deer, but I'll use the same arrow as long as it's not damaged.
Rhino
Re: Ever kill 2 deer with same arrow and broadhead Sure...as long as the arrow and/or broadhead isn't damaged that sucker gets cleaned, broadhead sharpened and it's back in action. Bow Hunter Derek
Re: Ever kill 2 deer with same arrow and broadhead Almost all of my broadheads and arrows have been clear through multiple animals. I just clean them up and touch up the edges of the broadhead and they are good to go again.

Leo
Re: Ever kill 2 deer with same arrow and broadhead I shot a big boar one time and blood trailed him to a hole he was laying in. The hole had been formed by a fallen tree and he was laying in the hollow the root ball used to be in. As I approached the the big blond pig blinked. The guide who was helping me track the pig said "Better put another arrow in him." I did and much to our surprise TWO pigs bolted out of the hole. One black and one blond. The blond was the boar I had put both arrows in. However, my 83lb bow had managed to push the arrow completely through the Blond pig and into the vitals of the Black boar that had been laying unseen behind the pig. Two big boars with one bowshot! How crazy is that? These weren't dinks either the blond was over 300lbs and the black one easily over 275lbs. Both now grace my wall.
