smallmunster
Re: MPEG/AVI I have pinnacle studio 8 and it will convert avi to realmedia, windows media, cd, dvd, and mpeg. There are some other programs out there that you can download that will do it as well. Most are trial versions that only work for a while or are not fully functioning. smallmunster
Re: MPEG/AVI If I recall it was $80 or $90 bucks. You can get pinnacle studio Plus Version 9 for less than that off of the internet.

ParsonsOutdoors
Re: MPEG/AVI [ QUOTE ] I need something to convert AVI video to WMV. [/ QUOTE ] If you're running XP on your computer, it comes with a program called Windows Movie Maker. You can use that to render .wmv files. It's pretty easy to use too. It's no where near as powerful as Pinnacle Studio, but if you're not getting fancy, it'll work for you. We use Pinnacle Studio 8 for our dvd making and IMO, there's no easier program that's as powerful as it. For under 75 bucks, you can't go wrong. Im waiting til all the bugs are worked out of Studio 9 before upgrading. JP
