They have a section on ammo for antique guns and that might include the 303. As for seeing the guns I have seen some old 99's and old military rifles in that caliber. Shaun_300 Posted May 14, 2005 Report Share Posted May 14, 2005 Re: .303 Savage yep! i own one! its a really old one, been through 3 generations. it still shoots great! it has the rotary clip in it. i usually take the magnums out, but i have carried the .303 with me quite a bit. the only problem i have with it is that it has a really short stock on it, so if you arent careful where you put your thumb, you'll get it square in the nose! i'll try and get some pics of it and post them up here for ya. if anyone has not heard of them, they are one of three calibers that almost look identical when looking at the shells. the .303 Savage, .30-30 Win, and the .32 Win Special.
