RangerClay
I own 2 Propoints I bought in 1995. I took the one off my rifle but still use the one on my shotgun. I love my Propoint but I'm looking to upgrade to an AimTech. They cost a little more but you have no parralax (sp). Whatever you choose, make sure your dot is 5 MOA or smaller. One suggestion I might make since I see it is for a rifle. Red dot scope are for short range shooting and not for over 100 yards. I took the red dot off my rifle because it was difficult to shoot long range shots or through thick brush. The magnification you get from a scope can help you thread the needle if you have to. However when I hunt in our shotgun only section I will NOT hunt without it!!! I love it!! Where ever I put the red dot is where the slug is going. The buck in my picture (123 B&C) under my name was killed last year with a red dot. They are great for close range brush busting shooting!! Any questions just PM me.
