BowtechTurkeyHunter Posted May 19, 2005 Report Share Posted May 19, 2005 If I decided to put shield cut fletching on my arrows and i shoot right handed do I buy right hand fletch and do I need to get right hand clamps for my fletcher or can I put em on with my stright fletching clamps also does any one know any negatives other then feathers and the wet factor as to why i should or shouldnt go to shield cut fletch, also does anyone know where or who sells white arrows everything I have found is black/grey can I get arrow dip for the arrows and make them white or does anyone know of a manufacture that sells white arrows or anything other then black/grey Thanks Steve Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
JimPic Posted May 19, 2005 Report Share Posted May 19, 2005 Re: Question on shield cut fletch You can use right wing or left wing-doesn't matter as long as all the fletches are the same wing.You don't want left and right wing feathers on the same shaft.If you use left wing--you'll need a left wing clamp---right wing feathers need a right wing clamp.As far as white arrows-can't help ya there.I dip the last 9" but never did a full-length shaft.
