AJ
Whats your favorite spice rub for meat while BBQ'ing or grilling? Do you come up with your own concoction or use a commercial rub? For pork I like Hunters BBQ with Hickory from Hunting the Woods. It's great on ribs and pork chops. They have a Hunter's Steak Seasoning that is pretty good also. For venison and beef, I often use the simple combination of ground sea salt, ground black pepper, and ground garlic. MMMmmmm, Santa Maria style BBQ. Tony Cacheres creole season, red pepper, black pepper, Old Bay, Garlic powder, onion powder, italian season (basil, oregano substitute) Same spices to mix up in burgers too just add worchestire and A-1 sauce!!
