Swamphunter
What do you guys do when you get your bow from whatever manufacturer, and then can't find the accesories you want with the same camo paint scheme? I have a PSE with Brush camo and my stabilizer and rest don't match (neither came in black). Do you spray it black yourself or do you live with it. I am a perfectionist by the way and this just irritates me...

VTbowman
Re: I hate this... I went to black acceessaries on purpose for just that reason. Black is camo! If it bothers you Ken then yes paint it but dont skimp on the primer or paint. Get the best stuff you can find. Just my 2 cents but I am with ya on that one.... I just got a new quiver for my bow and I been argueing with the manufacture that they are sending me the old breakup not the new! But it turns out it is the new breakup! Just slightly more on the brown side. The bow is more on the green side! I dont like it! But hey I cant be that anal! BTW Ken, the Sims stabilizer and cable stabilizer dont match but they dont offer it in my camo for the bow! Oh well! LOL!

Ohiobucks
Re: I hate this... I hate that too Ken! I bought a scent lok suit a year and a half ago and the gloves didn't come in Advantage Timber like the rest of the suit. It was either Mossy Oak or olive drab...........so I got some olive drab gloves....... If you can't find the same camo pattern, I would go with some black accessories. OR, if you have some $$$ to spend, www.duracoatinc.com Good luck buddy!
dogdoc
Re: I hate this... I'm far from a perfectionist so it doesn't bother me at all---haven't had a deer complain yet that my sight doesn't match my bow. But I like the look of black accessories on a bow. My AR34 is MO, my quiver is Treebark, my sight is RT pattern, and rest and stabilizer is black.
Swamphunter
Re: I hate this... [ QUOTE ] we all can't be perfect(cause see i'm bald so very few of us are perfect for the rest of the men god put hair on their heads)I like my acc. to match- hard to do sometimes! [/ QUOTE ] I think I may spray the stabilizer flat black. It is a rubber compound so shouldn't need primer.
Guest kunegos
Re: I hate this... Man, I thought I was the only one. I feel like something is missing unless the camo is all the same. I am glad to hear I'm not the only obsessive compulsive bowhunter! I am a realtree man, through and through.

ruttinbuc
Re: I hate this... Better off to have it mixed in my opinion. Also a good idea to mix your camo clothes as well.
boomer
Re: I hate this... You can have it all dipped to match. I saw a guy a the local archery range that had a Outback all done in Natgear snow.

Rhino
Re: I hate this... I'm not a perfectionist either when it comes to that sort of thing. On other things I'm quite the perfectionist but never had a problem with mismatching camo patterns with accessories on my bow so it doesn't bother me at all. I guess that's what happens when you get over 50 huh buckee.
