They stocked some in a lake near here, but theres too much forage so nobody catches anything. YOu can watsh teh fish but they will not bite. WHat did you catch it on? sasksheds Posted October 22, 2004 Author Report Share Posted October 22, 2004 Re: Big rainbow pic I caught him with some trout food that we make up from fish food pellets that trout farmers use.We have an 8 x10 ft insulated shack with a 2 x 4ft hole in the floor & ice.It looks like your looking into a big aquarium.I have seen 30lb Pike come through but wont take anything.
