Swamphunter
Just ordered myself "The Black Hole" so I can get some better archery practice in. I have had a bag target for 2 years now and each time I shoot into it, it moves enough that the groups never look tight even when they should have. I think the added weight of this target will help make my groups look tighter as all the arrows will come into the bull hopefully ) in the same path. I LOVE how fast Cabelas gets a live person on the phone. The phone rings once and I am talking to a live person, no matter what time of the day. No phone prompts! mainebuck
Re: The Black Hole I placed an order with cabelas on Sunday and must say I was impressed as well. Very good customer service. I almost ordered their new compressed foam target (black with yellow diamonds). It's only $35, but a little on the small side. Good luck with the Black Hole. NY911Bowhunter
Re: The Black Hole Ken, I have a Black Hole, have had it for years. Hints; Broadheads will eat it up FAST - obviously. Great for fieldpoints, though I painted the face of mine white and put on brown dots - easier to see that the white on black I think Good luck! JimT
Re: The Black Hole I need a Black Hole type target also.... My bag target is toasted pretty bad. Cabelas has been great with me also....I like them alot.
too_pointer
Re: The Black Hole I have 2 of them. He is right, broadheads will tear them up, but that is mostly what I shoot. I suggest you buy an arrow puller too. They make it much easier to get the arrows out, especially broadheads too_pointer

My bag target was easy to remove them from but moved all over when hit shot after shot. My McKenzie 3-d is about impossibly to pull them out and a pain in the but to keep lubricating every couple shots. That is why I bought this. Guest antlers21
Re: The Black Hole I have been shooting my black hole target for four years now. It was a little hard to remove arrows at first but then the center started to get softer and arrows come out easy. I may try painting mine white and put black dots on it, that sounds like a good idea.
Squirrelhunter91
Re: The Black Hole We had just to go to the other side of our Black Hole because the bullseye was all torn up on the normal side. lol.... We drew 5 different sized circles on the other side by tracing a coffee can and soda cans.

I ended up getting an arrow puller myself---they can be pretty tough to get out. todd

TreeWalker
Re: The Black Hole The Black Hole is made by the Block company.....like a rookie, i shot the center of mine out rather quickly(field tips, no broadheads)........I would encourage you to paint 5 tennis-ball sized dots on the black side....similar to the design most bag targets have......it will sure stretch out the life of the target.....
