Whoever is making these threads about scumbags like Michael Crook needs to stop man. You put these links up in these threads and you can't help but to go to them. Then when you go to them, this is what you find.

I didn't realize that Website involved this stuff. When he put the link up, I never actually went to it until today. I just figured this Michael Crook was just another putz against the war.

And you know what else, I am disappointed with the person that made that thread too. I thought they were better than that. I am also disappointed with a few others here for allowing it. Now of course it is a win/lose situation because Swampy didn't do anything wrong by posting it. I mean this is the political room and that was political orientated. But I mean come on man, that's like one of our troops getting captured and getting their head wacked off and you putting it in here with the video.

But I am also disappointed at myself for not catching it earlier as well. I just sorta ignored the website and was just throwing my 2 cents in from what I knew about his interview on TV and what other people were saying. I had no idea that he was like this. I was sitting here eating lunch and I thought "Oh, what the heck" so I clicked on the link and BOOM...the things I found on there. That's just wrong man. You know the theory about some things are just best left unsaid, well that was one of them. Some things you just don't put out there. When I was going throught the website, I was thinking to myself "I would never think about sending that to a fellow Marine or anybody. I just wouldn't. Take it for what it's worth I guess, I just think it was poor taste. It's all good though, just a little disappointed.

Sorry that it offended you Mike, but like I said on the post, we need to know that people like that are out there so we know what we're up against.

I'd like to send this guy to basic traning and see how long he could last and then let him say their getting paid too much.

I think the military is a lot like cops, and teachers in the big cities, they could never be paid enough for the job they perform.

How can we put a price on the freedom we have? That guy is a real idiot.

Look, nothing against Swampy...I mean he didn't do anything wrong by posting it, he didn't break any rules... I guess the thing that got to me most was why he would do that to me or any other service member in here. I been jittery all day. I can't get it out of my head that someone wants to piss on a Marines grave or any service members grave. After doing the things I have done or seen and then all that been happening the last few months, why would you add fuel to the fire. I guess it boils down to a respect thing. Example would be this...let's say Buckee really likes cats. A big news story comes out about a guy stabbing to death 10 cats. Now I turn around and put that video on a thread. Now wouldn't that be sorta like disrespecting him. It's not that he did anything wrong. This is more like a familiy thing. We are one big family right? That's my take on it. It's not that he did anything wrong, it's that a knife was thrown at me. I can't explain myself to well right now.

Look folks, let's see if I can make this better now that I ate dinner and have a full belly. My wife says I aint so grouchy after I eat.

I DO NOT WANT this to turn into a bash Swamphunter post. Swamphunter did nothing wrong except for the fact that he put a link up in one of his threads that would make any Veteran get tears in their eyes. I was just shocked as to why he would put that link out there for us too see. For those of you who did not go to this website, it pretty much just bashes troops. It says about them deserving to die because they/we are idiots. It talks about pissing on their graves. It talks about us being a bunch of female dogs,etc...you get the point. After I seen this, I wondered why Swamphunter would put that link in a thread. Alot of us "dedicated" members know alot about each other. These "Dedicated" members know how much I love this country and how much I love to serve it. Through stories, they also know a little bit about what I do and what I have done. So with all that, we are a little tight nit familiy in here. I felt betrayed so to speak on him putting that link in there. But I guess...something we are all guilty of from time to time in here.....he didn't realize that the web site contained all that stuff on it. I really don't think...had he known...that he would of put that link in there.

I realize that these people are out there. I realize that it needs to be known that these people are out there but I guess I feel that I don't need to know. Maybe it is ignorance or greed, either way, I didn't like it. It was just my nature to respond to it. Had this been 2 months ago...it probably would of been worse . You don't have to be a veteran to get tears in your eyes when someone badmouths our troops or our country. Maybe I am a bit old school but I love and respect our country and fly the American Flag out front of my house everyday. I wear it on my uniform everyday. I will defend my right to say the pledge and to praise God, with all the ferocity I can muster. With all that is going on in the media, there is plenty to see out there. The only reason I posted the website, not a link to it, was to let forum members read through it and see what this guy was up to. No I had not read it when I posted the link, I posted it early in the morning after watching the show just the night before, and had not read it yet, just scrolled down through it quickly. As for why did I post it in open forum?? I figured because I saw it on the news, Fox News at 9pm on the Hannity and Colmes show, during Primetime... I figured that everyone here had probably seen it and it would be posted on here at some point and time anyways. I know how Treestand feels right now as I just went through it with all the bash law enforcement threads that I just endured. Its funny that I have not seen one thread yet about the bus driver laying it down on the kids on the schoolbus that day... . I guess sometimes its easy to bash people with difficult jobs and tough decisions. I have the utmost of respect for the military and for reasons I cannot mention in this forum. I also stated in open forum that this same site has a link on it for "foresaking the police". If I thought it would have been a big deal, I definitely would not have added to my grief with the anti law enforcement link there. I did tell Treestand that I was sorry that the site offended him, but it also offended me. We can stick our heads in the sand and pretend these sites and these anti people do not exist, or we can try and educate people about what is really going on out there. Sean Hannity was attempting to do just that, and so was I, end of story. Maybe I am just a bit numb still over what I endured awhile back in these forums with a few of "the family", but my posting that website was in no way meant to offend anyone here, especially members of our armed forces. It was done to merely bring it to their attention and to show them what America is facing right now. I apologize to anyone who this site offended. Just as a matter of fact, I did not post a direct link to the site, rather just an address that you could look up if you felt you wanted to. You can go back and check my original thread in this forum if you'd like. This is all I have to say about this now other than I think these threads, if they are hurting peoples feelings, should be justifiably locked or deleted, and I hope that is what occurs.

Well said swampy. After cruising that site, it's hard to believe there are people with such a brain-dead mindset like that out there toward the military , government and law enforcement in general. It's really hard to fathom.

I understand where TSBH (Mike) is coming from too, especially when he has to deal with burying dead marines and seeing a list of the dead every single day and then reading the utter garbage in that site.

It's enough to make a guy in Mike's shoes physically ill and go off the deep end, just reading that stuff.

I agree swampy, it's an education seeing these types of sites, but then once you browsed through it, you never want to hear or see it again.

All I can say at this point is praise God for the US military, especially right now, and praise God for law enforcement officers around your country and mine in all the different branches of law enforcement.

Out of respect for you swampy, TSBH and all the other military and law enforcement members in here, I will gladly delete that thread and this one if you are in agreement, and hope in the meantime that justice comes to the man/men responsible for that site

I'd like to point out that I was the one that posted the actual link to that God forsaken sight for the simple reason that people need to know the enemy. This guy writing that bunk is an enemy of the state as far as I'm concerned and should be treated as such.

Sorry if it made someone uncomfortable, but if we are ignorant by choice then we have no excuses when people like that take over. In the mean time when I see that kind of infection I will open the wound and pour some disinfectant in it.
