Re: The Watermelon Challenge!

This is the first time I clicked on this thread and man I must say this is one of the craziest college stunts I have ever heard of! But I have to admit, I am impressed.

Oh and about the sodium thing......I wouldn't worry to much about it, Unless you start feeling real funny....LOL

Actually the sodium pills are pretty good. At least you aren't putting anymore liquid in your body!

Re: The Watermelon Challenge!

Doubt you need to wory about the waterlogging thing...first off mellon is not pure water like the caution was about, and second water is about 8 pounds to the gallon. that means about 2 gallons of water. the water warning stated 3 galons per day was alowable...so don't drink more than a gallon in the next 20 hours LOL, Not to mention the number of times you musta had to run to the mens room...

Congrats on the win!!!!

Re: The Watermelon Challenge!

Sounds like you guys could challenge some of those guys on TV that eat the huge amounts of various foods. May I suggest a race to see who can eat 5 pounds of butter or a gallon of mayonaise?

Those guys just have to keep it down while on stage.

If you an eat that much, try the hot dog eating competition at Nathans on COney Island. Last year's champion, a Japanese guy named Kobiyashi, ate 50+ hotdogs and buns in 12 minutes. He weighed about 130 pounds before the competition.

Reminds me of my college days 25 years ago. I got drug into a beer chugging competition(experience drinking, but none in chugging)

I chugged for my fraternity, a sorority to which I was a Big Brother, and then came the individual competition. About 22 beers and 2 hours later I came away All University Champion.

My prize? A tshirt and a case of beer.

Thank God I had the sense to give my keys to someone else.

Eat responsibly!
