Alright that's it-- he's dying...

Recommended Posts

Last year on the 4th of July I had to shoot a woodchuck because it was eating the tops of the cucumbers and we weren't getting any cucumbers last year. I shot him with my bow, he ran off and we found him a couple days later. Later that year in September, I saw another woodchuck in the woods behind my house. I knew it was only a matter of time until this one was in the garden. So I sat out there and sat out there in hopes of shooting it. Well to make a long hunt short, I missed at 20 yards. The arrow went right over its back and ricocheted off a rock behind it. I found my arrow later that Fall, but now I see the woodchuck on a regular basis. Everyday after school, I go to the woods behind my house and he is sitting there feeding on grass and stuff. I also check on the garden to see if he has eaten anything. Turns out the tops on my cucumbers are missing again and in the mud of the garden, there is woodchuck tracks all around the cucumber plants. I say that he's dying and not running off like his buddy.

Rent it???????

Every red blooded male that calls himself an "American" should OWN it! grin.gif

Go get him Squirrelhunter! Be sure to post some pictures too. I'm looking for a full blow story bud. They make me laugh every time.

I shot one a couple weeks ago with the .22 mag. Not much gets the blood pumping this time of year like rolling a fat whistle pig!

Be sure to look at my other post on how to take out a woodchuck like a real man though. Just make sure you've got a sharp Rambo knife. grin.gif

This kid's the best! cool.gif
